Double-side sticker box labeling machine
The BGJ-S350 is engineered for dual-sided labeling of flat and rectangular boxes, supporting self-adhesive or paper labels ranging from 10-200mm in length and 10-135mm in width. Its independent double-sided labeling heads facilitate single-side labeling at 40-60 boxes per minute speeds.
Equipped with a robust deskewing mechanism, it ensures precise label placement by aligning products parallel to the upper-pressure storage position. Optional features include a positioning device, fault alarm, production counting, and printing functions, enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency.
Box top labeling machine
BGJ-P220 is ideal for applying self-adhesive labels or self-adhesive paper labels ranging from 10mm to 200mm in length and 10mm to 160mm in width. Designed for top labeling on boxes measuring 40mm to 300mm in length, 40mm to 240mm in width, and 10mm to 100mm in height, it operates at speeds ranging from 60 to 200 boxes per minute.
Equipped with a flexible conveyor system, BGJ-P220 ensures precise labeling and smooth product transport to the labeling position. The system offers easy adjustments and customization to accommodate a wide variety of product sizes and shapes. Its compact design facilitates easy movement and placement in confined spaces.
Folding box labeling machine
If your unfolded folding boxes require labeling, our folding box labeling machines are an ideal solution. We offer two primary models that share many similarities, such as compatibility with self-adhesive labels and self-adhesive paper labels. However, they differ in their paging methods: friction and pneumatic.
Our frictional folding box labeling machine incorporates an automated material separation system that efficiently feeds unfolded boxes from a stack or pile into the labeling process. This model is versatile, accommodating a wide range of box papers and thicknesses without stringent quality requirements. It boasts a labeling speed of 40-60 box pages per minute.
On the other hand, our pneumatic folding box labeling machine utilizes a suction mechanism to automatically load boxes onto the conveyor belt. This method ensures high paging accuracy and minimal errors. With a faster labeling speed of 60-100 box pages per minute, it is well-suited for high-volume production.
Box corner labeling machine
When it comes to box corner labeling/tamper-evident labeling, we offer two top-tier machines: the P-280 and the P-260. Both models support a wide range of label materials and sizes. However, they cater to different needs.
The P-280 is a high-speed model, capable of labeling up to 300 boxes per minute with pinpoint accuracy.
The P-260, on the other hand, is a versatile machine designed for various box sizes. It excels in applying security labels, including anti-counterfeiting labels, and can handle both single-sided and double-sided corner labeling.
