Products Parts
The machine automatically divides the bottles using a bottle separator to ensure equal spacing during transportation, facilitating label insertion.
Place the shrink sleeve label material into the expanding device to facilitate the transportation and cutting of the film material. Adjustments are required based on the varying bottle diameters.
Both sides rotate in sync, with height and bottle clamping position adjustments facilitated by a single handwheel on each side. This ensures stability during transportation and simplifies the setting of label insertion height.
Employing a rubber brush, the labels adhered to the bottles are brushed and aligned into position.
With an LCD touch screen interface and an intelligent PLC control system, our machine guarantees prompt and precise responsiveness.
