Products Parts
The machine automatically segregates bottles using a bottle divider to ensure equal spacing during transportation, thereby facilitating the insertion of labels.
Place the shrink sleeve label material into the expanding device to allow for the transportation and cutting of the film material. Adjustments are required based on the diameter of different bottles.
Both sides rotate in sync, and the height and bottle clamping position are adjusted using a single handwheel on each side. This ensures stability during transportation and simplifies the adjustment of label insertion height.
Employing a rubber brush, the labels affixed to the bottles are brushed and aligned into position.
Through the integration of an LCD touch screen interface and a sophisticated operating system controlled by PLC, we guarantee rapid and precise response from the machine.
